What happens to what you send us.

The form

The contact form asks for your name, a phone number, an email address if you want to give one, your postal code, the service you need, a preferred date, and anything you want to tell us about the job. Only the name, phone, postal code and service are required.

When you send it, those details go to the owner’s email inbox through a form-delivery service called FormSubmit, which passes the message on and does not publish it. Nobody else is copied. We use what you send to call you back about the job you described, and for nothing else.

The postal code is used the moment you type it to tell you whether we work in your area. That check runs in your own browser against a list built into this site. Nothing is looked up elsewhere and nothing is sent anywhere until you press the button.

What this site does not do

This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixel and no tracking of any kind, so there is nothing here to opt out of and no banner to dismiss. Your details are never sold, rented or passed to anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries sit in the owner’s email like any other message. If you would rather we deleted yours, call (416) 556-8581 and say so, and we will. Under Canadian privacy law you can also ask what we hold about you and ask us to correct it.
