If a machine is arriving, that's an installation: delivery, removal of the old unit, the connection, the set, the level and the test. Installation work is currently 30% off. If a machine you already own has stopped working properly, that's a repair, and it begins with a flat $79.99 service call so we can find the fault before anything is quoted.

Do you handle built-in and panel-ready appliances?

Yes. Our job record includes Wolf ranges and rangetops, Miele and Thermador dishwashers, and Samsung Family Hub refrigeration and panel-ready columns, all set flush into finished cabinetry.

Does an install include the gas hookup?

Yes. Gas fitting is our specialty, so the line, the connection and a lit-burner test before we leave are all part of the same visit.

What should I have ready before you arrive?

Tell us what's arriving, when it's due, and what's there now. The more precise you can be on the phone, the faster we can quote it. If the old machine needs to go, let us know and it leaves with us.

The machine is arriving.

Delivery if you need it, removal of the old unit, the gas or water connection, then the set, the level and the test: every burner lit, every cycle run, all packaging taken away. The whole job takes one visit, and installation work is currently 30% off.

02 · Repair

The machine is acting up.

Repair starts with a flat $79.99 service call: drop mat down, machine out, fault found, and a clear quote before any work begins. Repairs carry the same two-year warranty as our installations, and nothing beyond the service call is charged until you have agreed the price.
